A-Medi is a private specialist clinic for holistic health services. The clinic has just expanded its capacity and premises in the center of Asker, and wanted two payment terminals to improve the service to its users. A-Medi previously had manual payment.
Grinde is very satisfied with the new arrangement, and says that the direct electronic payment saves both time and resources, and has had a lot to say for patient care and efficiency. The terminals communicate with A-Medi’s record system, an important factor for the clinic.
They are perceived as easy to use, people do not have to queue at reception and go back and forth between floors, and the machines make everyday life easier for both employees and visitors.

Mariann at Microlog says that the dialogue since last autumn has been neat and tidy throughout. After signing the agreement at the end of February, the machines were delivered, one on each of A-Medi’s floors.
Everything works as it should, she says happily.
The machines are discreetly placed in the waiting rooms, and are tailored to the clinic’s needs. The A-Medi logo appears on the screens, giving the machines a personal touch.
It is both pretty and decorative, and helps them become a natural part of the interior, says Grinde.
